She says about her work

“My works are mostly wheel-thrown vessels applied with various kind of glazes. I constantly experiment with glazes, and the test pieces that I create inspire me to innovate and make new material.

My working method starts with the glaze first, and then I develop my ideas about shape, size, and method of firing.

My works are vessels, but I consider my work to be a medium to make people think about materials, techniques, and emotional feelings.”
