Breakfast is not provided but there are several good cafes for breakfast within 5 minutes walk.
Tea/coffee making facilities are provided in each room.
Laundry and kitchen facilities are available for stays of a week or more.
Self check-in is the usual way of accessing the house.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Rules
Check in is after 2pm. Late arrivals are acceptable, we just ask that you keep noise to a minimum. Early arrivals are also acceptable; you may arrive early to drop bags / pick up keys (providing previous guests have already left), however the rooms will not be ready until 2pm.
Check out is at 11am sharp.
No smoking except in garden.
No additional guests above the number of guests that have booked.
Quiet after 9pm please.
There may be other guests staying in the house, so please be considerate whilst staying here.
Guests are welcome to use the garden.
Pets permitted at Kay’s discretion. Please contact us with enquiries.
We ask that the rooms are left in good condition. We respect our cleaners and hope that you will too!
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in*. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in*. If there is an emergency that requires you to cancel, talk to us first, we may be able to help.
*If the room is let again for the dates cancelled, a full refund is available.
Covid-19 precautions
The Loft room is self-contained and occupies the entire top floor of the house. The Deco room and the Blues room are on the first floor. Due to the pandemic, we are offering the Deco room with a private bathroom and if guests need two rooms they can book the Blues room as well. It is a spacious house so there is no need to worry about distancing. The Gallery room is completely self-contained in a separate building from the house with its own street entrance so no interaction with anyone else is assured. We have very high standards of hygiene and can assure you of a very safe, comfortable place to stay.
