Payments: You can pay with paypal, in which case I will email you the details. Other forms of payment accepted: BACS (email me for details), personal cheque to The Ceramic House, 75 Stanmer Villas, Brighton BN1 7HN. We will charge your credit account for full payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability for delayed deliveries if you have given incorrect payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment from your account we shall cancel the contract and/or suspend further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights you may have.
Postage: A delivery charge will be included if you choose to have the goods despatched.
UK: All artworks will be despatched with Royal Mail special delivery (or similar) and will arrive the next day unless otherwise marked. Postage charges include packing, insurance in transit and delivery costs. We will inform you of expected /known delays where possible.
International: Please contact me to enquire how much delivery will cost to anywhere outside of the UK.
Collection: If you wish to collect direct from The Ceramic House, there is no charge. To arrange delivery email me or call 07803 161313.
Returns: Returns accepted only under exceptional circumstances and only if goods are returned in pristine condition and within 14 days. If an artwork is delivered damaged, it will be covered by the postal insurance but proof must be shown that it happened in transit. Responsibility for the goods passes to the the customer after receipt by collection/delivery.
